This renovation brings loft-style living to a townhouse in Fort Greene. Views through the length of the house on the parlor level and primary suite are created to maintain an open atmosphere and uninterrupted circulation.
Storage is tightly integrated into the overall design, under stairwells and in alcoves, to provide ample storage for a growing family in a small footprint. Bleached and natural white oak exude a warm and serene environment that is punctuated by flourishes of expressive materials–figured natural stones, graphic encaustic tiles and brass details.
